SEARCH EXECUTIVE
An executive suite for the CEO of a major tech company that is located away from the company’s main campus to provide a private and quiet space for working and entertainment plus quarterly board meetings. The inspiration for the space was the view of the rolling hills visible from the office and balcony, and the changes that the seasons bring to the hills of Northern California. The space had an executive office with an adjacent transition [Office1] room for emergencies, plus an adjacent large conference room, a phone room, and in the front of the office, a private shower and bathroom. This all flowed into a lounge and micro kitchen for providing catering for the large conference room. A fireplace in the lounge gives the space an intimate, residential feel to the space. There is an adjacent security office, with restrooms for guests. Next to this space is a “greenroom/boardroom” that is used for quarterly board of directors’ meetings with an adjacent dining room, lounge area for entertainment and a catering kitchen.
