This project was the renovation of the LA Sports Club at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown San Francisco.  The design inspiration was to update the gym to conform to Equinox standards of quality and design. We also designed a separate E-Club facility within the gym that is an exclusive high-end gym experience.  The renovation was done over a 2-hour period of time to accommodate the remaining fully open.

Inspired as a way to give and to connect with local communities inspired this anonymous donor to convert this former garage into a new community center. The client wanted the space to be inspired by the building’s previous use as a garage, with a touch of raw nature canopy structures to divide the spaces. This innovative design was created to be flexible to support the ability of future changes of use.

This project was to relocate an existing cafe to a new space in a renovated building in this complex with a conference center, cafe and new exterior facade look. The Café's inspiration is based on a clean-modern aesthetic but with a raw natural basis.

We worked with the parent company,  Richmond of Switzerland to build out a new Beverly Hill’s Store for Richmond’s most premium watch brand.  It was a challenge to adapt the brand’s standards guidelines to conform to the market of each of the stores. We had to design each store to fit brand standards and the local regulations. We focused on the interior design, the sense and feel of the brand and the level of luxury the brand commands.  Construction details and the roll out for the interiors included such features as European mill work fixtures and the like.

These projects consist of developing the new West Coast stores for this revamped brand rollout in high end shopping districts in San Francisco, Orange County, Aspen and Honolulu.  We worked in tandem with the design architect, David Chipperfield to adapt the design standards for a unique,  local feel.  Together, we designed construction details to accommodate the design concept of lining, walls, flooring, ceiling, millwork, and other items down to the precise square meter.
